Learn how to prepare healthy and nutritious food. We'll share tips for getting the most out of your food, learn about the positive impact that certain foods can have on your health and wellbeing and having fun making tasty, healthy meals that you and your family will love!

Cooking for One or Two Program

Cooking for One or Two

Cooking for One or Two' is a basic 6-week cooking program designed to give veterans and the wider community confidence in preparing a variety of healthy meals using a number of easy cooking techniques.

Participants will prepare a three course meal together and share it afterwards. All participants will receive a recipe book and lots of great information and handy tips.

When: Tuesday 30th August, 6:00pm—9:00pm.
           (This program runs over 6 consecutive weeks)
