Learning what food to eat can help you negotiate your day in the right state of mind, Bad moods can lead us to bad foods – but researchers are finding the reverse is also true. Food can also have a good influence on your mood, making you feel calm, energised, refreshed and so on.
Come and participate in our fun and hands-on workshop: we will prepare and eat 3 healthy and delicious dishes!

We are seeking artists who would like to showcase their artwork specifically outdoor artwork such as sculpture and garden art.
